Thomas K. Espel

THOMAS K. ESPEL has served as corporate Treasurer of RDO
Equipment Co. since July 2001. Prior to that he served as Chief
Financial Officer from February 1999 and as Executive Vice
President-Finance from July 1998. Before joining RDO Equipment
Co., Mr. Espel managed Ag Capital Company, an R.D. Offutt
Company, from its inception in 1989. RDO Financial Services
Company, a subsidiary of RDO Equipment, was formed from the
retail credit activities of Ag Capital in late 1997. Mr. Espel
previously held various lending positions at St. Paul Bank for
Cooperatives. He holds a BS degree from the University of
Illinois and a Master’s degree from Michigan State University in
Agricultural Economics.
