Thomas J. Pierce

THOMAS J. PIERCE is Director of Institutional Sales at R. J. Steichen &
Company. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Superior, with
degrees in Marketing and Management. Mr. Pierce served in the U.S. Army
both in the United States and Vietnam. He entered the securities
industry in 1976 with what is now Dain, Rauscher, Wessels, where he
started in the Foreign Institutional Sales department in 1980. He became
the head of the Foreign Institutional Sales department in 1985. In 1989,
Mr. Pierce developed the institutional department at John G. Kinnard &
Company. He entered R. J. Steichen as the Director of Institutional
Sales in August of 1997.
