THOMAS J. FRANK is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Conn’s, Inc.
He is past President of Conn Rental Corp., past President of Appliance
Parts & Service, Inc., and past President of Conn Appliances, Inc. Mr.
Frank is a member of the National Association of Retail Dealers, past
Director of Mid-County National Bank, past Director of St. Anne’s
Advisory School Board, a past Advisory Director of Beaumont Independent
School District – Vocational Education Program and a past Advisory
Director of Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. He has
lectured at Lamar University and Texas A & M. He received a BS from Sam
Houston State Teachers College and an SCMP degree from the Harvard
Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie
Management Seminar.
