THOMAS E. QUINN is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CornerCap
Investment Counsel. He was previously employed by RJR Investment
Management, Inc. Mr. Quinn is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member
of AIMR and the Atlanta Financial Analysts Society. He is a Certified
Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. Mr. Quinn is active in the
Episcopal Church and enjoys golf and traveling. He earned an MS in
Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA from
the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
