Thomas D. Frank

THOMAS D. FRANK is Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for
Chevy Chase Trust Company. He is directly responsible for the management
of client portfolios. In addition, Mr. Frank has been responsible for
the development and oversight of Chevy Chase Trust’s fixed income
strategy, equity strategies and the equity securities working list. He
began his investment career in 1987 at Salomon Smith Barney where he
spent 11 years and rose to First Vice President/Investments. In 1998,
Mr. Frank joined Philip Tucker Investment Management where he served as
a principal, managing many of the firm’s sensitive relationships. He is
a graduate of Tufts with a BA in Economics. Mr. Frank has earned the
designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the
Washington Society of Investment Analysts.
