Theodore C. Flood

THEODORE C. FLOOD is President & CEO of Waste Technology Corp. which
owns International Baler Corp., Consolidated Baling Machine Co. Inc. and
CEO of International Press & Shear Corp. He serves on the Board of
Directors and is also Chairman of all subsidiaries. Prior to his current
position, he was President & Owner of Solid Waste & Recovery Systems
Co.; Corporate Vice President, Marketing of Browning Ferris Industries,
Houston, Texas; President, E-Z Pack Co. division of Peabody Galion Corp.
and Corporate Vice President and Branch Manager, International Motor
Trucks, Chicago, IL. Currently, Mr. Flood is an elected Chairman of the
Board of Trustees, Environmental Industries Assn. Washington, D.C. and
Trustee of the Environmental Research and Education Foundation. He was
elected to the Board of Governor’s Waste Equipment Manufacturers
Association and Los Lagos Condo Association.
