Steven Voorhees

STEVEN VOORHEES is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Rock-Tenn Company, one of North America’s leading packaging
companies. Prior to joining Rock-Tenn in September 2000, Mr. Voorhees
had over 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, primarily at Sonat
Inc., a diversified energy company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
At Sonat, he held executive positions in energy marketing, interstate
gas transmission and international offshore drilling.
