Steven J. Malcolm

STEVEN J. MALCOLM is President and CEO of Williams Energy Services.
Before joining Williams, he worked for Cities Service Company in
refining, marketing and transportation services. In 1996, Mr. Malcolm
was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Midstream Gas and
Liquids for Williams Energy Services. He also served as Senior Vice
President and General Manager of Gathering and Processing for Williams
Field Services from 1994 to 1996. Before that, he served as Senior Vice
President and General manager of the Mid-Continent Region. Mr. Malcolm
joined Williams Natural Gas Company in 1984 as Director of Business
Development. In 1986, he was named Director of Gas Management and Vice
President of Gas Management and Supply in 1989. Mr. Malcolm received his
BA in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla and attended
advanced management training courses at Northwestern University.
