Steven Howard

Steven Howard is a Managing Director at Global Investment Solutions, and he comanages the Fundamental All-Cap Equity portfolios and the Fundamental Small/Mid-Cap Strategy for Fundamental Equity Advisors. He has nearly 15 years of investment industry experience. Previously, he worked in Morgan Stanleyís Portfolio Strategy and Research Group and comanaged the Equity Model Portfolios and the Priority Equity Recommended List (PERL) for the Equity Model Portfolio team. In that role, Mr. Howard helped build and manage model portfolios with a focus on risk management and capital preservation. In addition, he provided research and portfolio commentary, authored strategy publications and contributed to various firm publications. Mr. Howard joined the Equity Model Portfolio team in 2003. Prior to his current role, he spent two years managing the Citi Private Client Investment Strategy team in London. He also worked as the Financial Services Strategist for Smith Barney in New York. Mr. Howard attended Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, where he graduated with an honors degree in history. He also received an MBA degree in accounting and finance from New York Universityís Stern School of Business.
