Steve Goldschein

STEVE GOLDSCHEIN has been Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Systemax Inc. since 1997. Prior to joining
Systemax, he was Vice President, Administration and Chief
Financial Officer of Lambda Electronics in Melville, New York. He
is a CPA and a graduate of Michigan State University. Mr.
Goldschein is active in local charities.
