Stephen M. Kovzan joined NIC Inc., in 1999 and has served as the company’s CFO since 2007. Prior to joining the NIC, Mr. Kovzan served as a Business Assurance Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Kovzan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Tulsa and an M.S. in business from the University of Kansas.
