Stephen M. Greenberg

STEPHEN M. GREENBERG has been Chief Executive Officer of Net2Phone Inc.,
since October 2001 and Vice Chairman since March 2002. He was Chairman
of the Office of the President from September 2000 to October 2001. Mr.
Greenberg practiced law for 32 years prior to joining Net2Phone. His
legal career began in Newark in 1968. He served as Executive Assistant
to the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey from 1969
to 1971. Before joining Net2Phone, Mr. Greenberg was a Founder and
Senior Partner in the New Jersey law firm of Stern & Greenberg. Mr.
Greenberg has received many honors, including one for Outstanding
Personal Achievement from the New Jersey Bar Association. He is also the
Commissioner of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority and a
member of the New Jersey Israel Commission.
