Stephen J. Cohen

Stephen J. Cohen is the President and Founder of Private Asset
Management, Inc. He began his career in investments in 1978 at Dean
Witter Reynolds Inc. In 1984, he opened an office for Dean Witter in
Carlsbad, California, where he served as manager until 1991. His
investment experience centers on the fundamental analysis of companies.
A graduate of the University of New Mexico, he has a BS in Economics.
