Stephen Humphrey

STEPHEN HUMPHREY is an Investment Team Leader for Lord, Abbett & Co.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager
for Chase Manhattan Bank, managing the Vista Select Large-Cap Growth
Fund. Before that he managed both private accounts and pooled investment
funds. Mr. Humphrey earned his BA from Morgan State University of
Baltimore, an MBA from NYIT and a JD from Jacob Fuchsberg-Touro Law
School. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
