Stephen C. Swett

STEPHEN C. SWETT joined Wachovia Securities in 1998. Prior to his
current position, he was with Prudential Securities, Inc., where
he also covered the REIT industry. Mr. Swett has 16 years of
experience in private and public commercial real estate
investment. He earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut,
and his BA from Trinity College.
