Mark Spatt, CFA, is an Investment Analyst and is responsible for fundamental equity research as well as maintenance and support of the fair value model at Cornerstone Investment Partners, LLC. Previously, he was an Associate at Centerview Capital, an operationally oriented private equity firm investing in consumer-focused businesses. He began his career as an Investment Banker at J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York. He is a graduate of Princeton University and received an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, double majoring in operations and management.
