Scott White

SCOTT WHITE is President and Chief Executive Officer of dot com
Entertainment Group, Inc. He is a lawyer, called to the bar in the
Province of Ontario in 1989. He is a graduate of the University of
Toronto with a BA and the University of Windsor with Bachelor of Laws
degree. Mr. White was a founding partner of the Toronto law firm of Bush
Frankel White. While practicing as a lawyer in Toronto over the past 10
years he has served as a corporate officer and Director with public and
private companies where he participated in the completion of public and
private financings and the development of corporate strategy and policy.
