Scott Valentin

SCOTT VALENTIN is a Senior Analyst in the Thrift Research Group
at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc., assisting in the
coverage of new and existing companies within the thrift and
community bank sector. Mr. Valentin joined FBR & Co. in January
1998. Prior to joining FBR & Co., Mr. Valentin was employed as an
Examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Valentin
received his BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
