Scott L. Soffen

SCOTT L. SOFFEN is a Principal, Equity Research of Legg Mason Wood
Walker, Inc. where he follows the education industry. Previously, he was
associated with Lehman Brothers as a First Vice President, Merrill
Lynch, and R.W. Baird. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Soffen earned
his Bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and his
M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Mr. Soffen
is married, has two children and among his personal interests includes
skiing, scuba diving and tennis.
