Scott A. Walker

SCOTT A. WALKER is President and Chief Executive Officer of VirtGame
Corp., a Delaware corporation. Mr. Walker has served on the company’s
Board of Directors since October 1998, chairing the Board’s Finance
Committee. Mr. Walker practiced law from 1986-1995 at Walker & Corsa, a
Wall Street law firm specializing in international law. In June 1995,
Mr. Walker started Walker Worldwide Ltd., an international trading
company. In January 1996, he became Vice Chairman of MCOM Management
Corp., a New York-based investment banking company that has worked with
VirtGame since the company’s founding. Mr. Walker has also served on the
Board of Royal Olympic Cruises.
