Satish Tyagi

SATISH TYAGI is Principal Partner with Delta Capital & Research LLC,
providing financial advisory services for startups and growth companies
in the HCIT/e-Health and Life Sciences fields. He is also a Venture
Partner with Schroder Ventures. Through the last decade, Mr. Tyagi was a
Research Analyst focusing on the HCIT sector and most recently with SG
Cowen Securities Corp., and previously with Jefferies & Company and Punk
Ziegel. He graduated with an MBA in Finance from The Stern School at New
York University. Mr. Tyagi is married, with one child, and includes
sailing and jazz among his personal interests.
