Sarah C. Garvin

SARAH C. GARVIN is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
of Dynacq International Inc. Her healthcare career spans more than two
decades, including nine years at publicly traded companies. She has
experience in all phase of day-to-day operations and development of
surgical facilities, both inpatient and outpatient. Ms. Garvin has been
instrumental in building $100 million revenue bases for four healthcare
startup firms. She served as a key member of the Healthsouth executive
team during that company’s first five years of operation.
