Randall D. Sampson

Randall D. Sampson has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Canterbury Park Holding Corporation since its formation in March 1994 and General Manager since September 1995. He has been active in horse industry associations, currently serving as Director and was past Vice President of the Thoroughbred Racetracks of America. He is also past President of the Minnesota Thoroughbred Association. Mr. Sampson also currently serves as a director of Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCS), a manufacturer of telecommunications and data communications products based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Mr. Sampson is the son of the late Curtis A. Sampson, co-founder of Canterbury Park Holding in 1994.
