Samir Sikka

SAMIR SIKKA is a Senior Analyst (Vice President) in the Value Added
Group at TCW in New York. Prior to joining the firm in April 1999, he
was an Investment Banker at Warburg Dillon Read LLC, executing mergers
and acquisitions and financing transactions. Before joining Warburg
Dillon Read LLC, Mr. Sikka was employed at Ernst & Young, LLP in the
Entrepreneurial Services Group. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business
School and a BS in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from
California State University-Northridge. Mr. Sikka is licensed as a
Certified Public Account (CPA) in California.
