Roys Poyiadjis

ROYS POYIADJIS joined AremisSoft in 1998 and currently serves as the
company’s President, and Chief Executive Officer. From 1997 to 1998, Mr.
Poyiadjis served as a Partner of Alpha Capital Limited, an investment
banking firm primarily focused on investments with technology companies.
From 1995 to 1996, he served as a director of Lehman Brothers
International Ltd. And from 1993 to 1995 he served as an associate with
Morgan Stanley & Co. International Limited. Mr. Poyiadjis received a
Masters in Business Administration from the London Business School in
1993 and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Communications Engineering
from the University of Kent in 1989.
