Roy Israel

ROY ISRAEL is President and CEO clickNsettle.com, Inc., a global
dispute-resolution company based in Great Neck, NY and publicly traded
on the NASDAQ under the symbol CLIK. Founded by Mr. Israel in 1992 as
National Arbitration and Mediation, the company completed its initial
public offering as NAM Corporation in November 1996 and is the only
publicly traded dispute resolution company in the United States. In 2000
NAM Corporation’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to change the
company’s name to clickNsettle.com, Inc. to better reflect the present
and future scope of the company’s business operations. clickNsettle.com
is an industry-leading provider of Web-enabled dispute-resolution
services, in-person arbitration and mediation services, and electronic
case management software. The company, which maintains hearing officer
rosters and conference facilities worldwide, handles more than 10,000
cases annually involving every area of law, including contracts,
construction issues, medical malpractice, commercial/general liability,
employment practices and environmental conflicts. Mr. Israel founded NAM
in 1992 after recognizing the growing demand for alternative dispute
resolution (ADR) services. Prior to that he was general sales manager
for the Renaissance Communications Broadcast Group. At 28 he was the
youngest person in a top 25 market to hold the position. During his two-
year tenure, Israel helped re-engineer Renaissance’s key station WTXX in
Hartford to achieve record revenues. He also served as sales manager at
MMT Sales, Inc., which sold national advertising time on behalf of
television stations across the country. After MMT consolidated its
television properties with Gaylord Broadcasting Group, Mr. Israel was
assigned to manage the new sales team. In addition to his professional
responsibilities, Mr. Israel is an active contributor and supporter of
numerous community and charitable organizations, including the Police
Benevolent Association, the Leukemia Society of America and the March of
Dimes. Mr. Israel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baruch College with a
BBA in Management Science.
