Ronald S. Sloan

RONALD S. SLOAN is Senior Portfolio Manager with AIM Capital Management,
Inc. He joined the firm in 1998 from Verissimo Research and Management,
where he served as President since 1993. Prior to Verissimo Research
and Management, he was Partner and Executive Vice President at Wood
Island Associates, Inc./Siebel Capital Management, Inc., from 1981 to
1993. Mr. Sloan has been in the investment industry since 1971. He
earned a BS in Business Administration as well as an MBA from the
University of Missouri. Mr. Sloan is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
