Ronald S. Altbach

RONALD S. ALTBACH is the Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Cross Media Marketing Corporation. Mr. Altbach is an
experienced financial and operational executive, having successfully
served in senior management capacities in a number of companies in
various industries. Prior to founding Cross Media in 1998, Mr. Altbach
served as Vice Chairman of Rosecliff, Inc., a prominent New York-based
merchant bank.
