Robert W. Dumas

ROBERT W. DUMAS has been Chief Executive Officer of AuburnBank since
2001 and President and Chief Lending Officer of AuburnBank since 1998.
He was formerly Senior Vice President (Commercial and Consumer Lending)
of AuburnBank from 1988 and has been employed by AuburnBank since 1984.
He is Director of AuburnBank and Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc.
Mr. Dumas is a graduate of Auburn University and the Graduate School of
Banking at LSU.
