Robert Miodunski

ROBERT MIODUNSKI is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance
Gaming Corporation Mr. Miodunski joined Alliance as Senior Vice
President-Route Group (Nevada) in March 1994 and in November 1999 was
appointed Chief Operating Officer of the company and President of the
Bally Gaming and Systems unit. He was elected to Alliance’s Board of
Directors in February 2000 and was elevated to the position of Chief
Executive Officer of the company in April 2001. From January 1991 to
March 1994, he was President of Mulholland-Harper Co., a sign
manufacturing and service company. Prior to that, he held various
positions with the Federal Signal Company, the last of which was Vice
President and General Manager of the Midwest Region of the Sign Group.
