Robert L. Steiler

ROBERT L. STEILER is Acting President and Chairman of the Board of
Pallet Management Systems Inc., a leading provider of standard and
custom-built shipping pallets and containers for a wide range of
industries. The company has also developed innovative total supply chain
management systems. Mr. Steiler has been a member of the company’s Board
of Directors since April 2000. He is also President/Owner of Lewis
Management Group, a Chicago-based management consulting firm that
specializes in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Prior to
founding this company in 1990, he was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Steiler was also Vice President of Materials with a Fortune 100 food
processing company. Prior to that he was Vice President of Materials for
SmithKline Beecham, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company. He is a
graduate of St. John’s University with an MBA in Management.
