Robert J. Stapleton

ROBERT J. STAPLETON, JR. is President and Chief Investment Officer of
Independence One Capital Management Corporation and Head of Investment
Services for Michigan National Bank. He was previously employed by
Michigan National Bank of Chicago and Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency for the United States Treasury Department. Mr. Stapleton earned
his BS from Michigan State University.
