Robert Goodman

ROBERT GOODMAN – On December 1, 1997, Robert Goodman, head of business
development for MSNBC on the Internet was named President and Chief
Executive Officer of IVI Publishing, Inc. and was also appointed to the
Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Goodman previously held various legal
and management positions at 3DO, NeXT and MIPS Computer Systems. Mr.
Goodman was instumental in developing MSNBC’s distridution relationships
with WebTV, Yahoo!, Infoseek, ZD Net, AT&T Worldnet and MindSpring,
among others.
