Robert G. Paul

ROBERT G. PAUL has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Allen Telecom Inc. since 1991. Mr. Paul was President and Chief
Operating Officer from 1989 to 1991; Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer from 1987 to 1989; President Antenna
Specialists from 1976 to 1989; Vice President and Treasurer from
1972 to 1976 and Assistant to the President from 1970 to 1972.
Mr. Paul is on the Board of Directors of Rogers Corporation and
President of Cleveland Play House. He received an MBA from
Stanford University and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
