Robert F. McCarthy

ROBERT F. MCCARTHY is a Director with ABN AMRO, Inc., covering capital
goods manufacturers and industrial suppliers. Previously, he was
associated with Duff & Phelps Investment Research Company. A Chartered
Financial Analyst, he is a member of the Investment Analysts Society of
Chicago and the Machinery Analysts of New York. Mr. McCarthy holds a
Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the
University of Chicago.
