Robert E. Reeves

ROBERT E. REEVES is President of GeoVest Advisors, Inc. Prior to
establishing GeoVest Advisors, Inc. an SEC registered investment
advisory firm, Mr. Reeves was Vice President of Investments at
Prudential Securities, a major international broker/dealer. Prior
thereto, Mr. Reeves was the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of
Security New York State Corp., a bank holding company and its principal
subsidiary, Security Trust Company. At the Company, Mr. Reeves managed a
division of 19 people, the portfolios of nine affiliated banks with $700
million in fixed income investments and the Company’s $1.4 billion
liability structure. He was also a member of Security Trust’s Pension
Committee.
