Robert C. Sledd

ROBERT C. SLEDD is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Performance Food Group Company. Mr. Sledd re-assumed the role of CEO in
March 2004, having served in the same capacity from 1987 to 2001.
Previously, he served as President of Performance Food Group from 1987
to 1995. Mr. Sledd has been Performance Food Group’s Chairman of the
Board since 1995 and a Director since 1987.
