Robert A. Bowman

ROBERT A. BOWMAN joined Cyberian Outpost on September 30, 1999 as
President and Chief Executive Officer. His efforts are focused on the
long-term strategy and continuing operational growth of Outpost.com. Mr.
Bowman is also the Chairman of icontact.com, Inc. and the former
President and Chief Operating Officer of ITT Corporation. Mr. Bowman
lead ITT following the tri-vestiture of the Company’s business divisions
in 1995, where he successfully oversaw the growth and operations of the
$8 billion conglomerate. He joined ITT Sheraton Corporation in 1991 as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and retained this
position when he was promoted to ITT Corp. in 1992.
