Rick Serafini

RICK SERAFINI is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of AIM Funds
Management Inc., one of the largest mutual fund managers in Canada. Mr.
Serafini joined the firm in 1994 as portfolio manager with the
international equities team, specializing in technology equities. He was
named the lead manager for the Trimark Discovery Fund in 1996 and
continues in his role as a member of Trimark’s international equities
team. Before coming to Trimark, Mr. Serafini was an investment analyst
with Mutual Asset Management and with Credit Suisse Canada. He holds a
BA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
