Richard J. Keim

RICHARD J. KEIM founded Kensington Partners LP in October 1986. He was a
Founder (in 1982) and served as Executive Vice President of the
Buckingham Research Group Incorporated, a registered broker-dealer, and
was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Buckingham
Capital Management from 1985 to 1993. Mr. Keim received his BBA from the
University of Wisconsin and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr.
Keim is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the New York Society
of Securities Analysts and the Association for Investment Management
Research. He has a substantial investment in each of the managed funds.
