Richard H. Eckenrodt

RICHARD H. ECKENRODT, JR. is responsible for the day-to-day management
of the Threshold Advisor Mid-Cap Fund and is the Director of Research at
Kennedy Capital Management, Inc. the Fund’s Advisor. Prior to assuming
the management of the Fund, Mr. Eckenrodt held portfolio management and
analytical positions with the Lindner Funds. He earned BA and MA degrees
in Business Economics from the University of Missouri.
