Richard A. Lechleiter

Richard A. Lechleiter, CPA, has served as Chief Financial Officer of Kindred Healthcare, Inc., since February 2002. Before that, he served in various financial capacities in the company or its predecessor since June 1995. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer of Columbia/HCA Healthcare, Galen Health Care, Inc. and Humana Inc. from September 1990 to May 1995. He also serves on the board of directors of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Lechleiter received his B.S./B.A. in accounting from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
