Riccardo Carelli

RICCARDO CARELLI has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of Spigadoro since April 2001, as President of its subsidiary
Petrini since April 2001, and as President and a Director of its
subsidiary Gazzola since January 2001. In 1995, Mr. Carelli founded
Carelli Carugo and Associates, a management consulting company focused
on the food industry. From 1973 to 1995, Mr. Carelli served in various
capacities for Barilla, the world’s largest pasta manufacturer,
including as Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 1995.
