Rees F. Davis

REES F. DAVIS JR. was appointed Chief Executive Officer of
Chateau Communities, Inc., and was elected to its Board of
Directors in February 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Davis was
President, having served in that capacity since November 2002.
Mr. Davis also served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer from October 2001 to November 2002 and in
various capacities with Chateau Communities or its predecessors
since 1986. Mr. Davis is an active member of the Manufactured
Housing Institute and is a two-term past officer of the Colorado
Manufactured Housing Association. Mr. Davis is a graduate of
Colorado State University.
