Raymond L. McFeetors

RAYMOND L. MCFEETORS is the President and CEO of The Great-West Life
Assurance Company since 1992. His other titles include President and
CEO, London Life, 1997; Co-President and CEO, Great-West Lifeco Inc.,
2000. Great-West Life and London Life are members of the Power Financial
Corporation group of companies. He joined Great-West Life as a trainee
in the Group Division in 1968; Bond Investment Officer, 1978; Vice
President, Bond & Private Placement Investments, 1984 and Senior Vice
President, Chief Investment Officer, 1991. Mr. McFeetors is on the Board
of Directors: The Business Council on National Issues; The Business
Council of Manitoba; Associates of the Faculty of Management, University
of Manitoba; Manitoba Telecom Services Inc.; CancerCare Foundation. Co-
Chair, CancerCare Manitoba Building Campaign; National Governor, Shaw
Festival and Board of Governors, The University of Western Ontario. He
has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg, chartered
Financial Analyst, 1978.
