Mr. Sellers has positioned the company as an innovative, market-leading
REIT with a market capitalization of over $5.7 billion and a development
pipeline of over $1.2 billion. With nearly 20 years in the apartment
business, Mr. Sellers has developed more than 35,000 apartment units
across the country. Mr. Sellers has assembled an experienced, qualified
management team to execute a carefully crafted strategy of research-
based capital management allowing Archstone to capitalize on
opportunities and build a strategic, national presence in markets that
include 31 of the nation’s 50 largest metropolitan markets. Prior to
joining Archstone, Mr. Sellers held senior positions with Lincoln
Property Company.
