R. Brent Byrne

R. BRENT BYRNE, Chairman, founded Divi-Vest Advisors, Inc., in May of
1990. Divi-Vest is a registered investment advisor that specializes in
value investing. The firm manages and offers two separate equity
accounts, as well as, a balanced portfolio. Mr. Byrne started his
investment career in 1983 working as a stockbroker for Janney Montgomery
Scott, Philadelphia. He earned a degree in business administration from
Kutztown University (1981), Kutztown, Pennsylvania. In November, 1998,
Mr. Byrne won The Wall Street Journal’s ‘Investment Dartboard’ contest.
