Quentin T. Kelly

QUENTIN T. KELLY is the Founder and has been Chairman and CEO of
WorldWater Corporation of Pennington, New Jersey, since its
inception as a consulting and R&D firm in 1984. Mr. Kelly was
previously Director of Information Services and Assistant to the
President of Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Broadcasting,
Learning and Leisure units), President of Kelly-Jordan
Enterprises, Inc., a leisure products company, and President of
Pressurized Products, Inc., manufacturers and international
marketers of specialized water systems and products. Mr. Kelly is
an alumnus of Kenyon College and holds three US patents relating
to water systems. He has many years’ experience in international
business relating to water and power needs in the developing
world. He has managed water supply projects and alternative power
projects involving more than a dozen governments, private
contractors and international assistance agencies throughout the
world. In 1998, he was inducted into the New Jersey Inventors
Hall of Fame for his achievements as Small Business Inventor of
the Year. The shares of WorldWater Corporation, a fully reporting
company, are traded OTC-Bulletin Board. Subsidiary companies,
WorldWater (Philippines) Inc., WorldWater Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.,
WorldWater East Africa, Ltd., WorldWater Europe S.r.L. have been
formed to operate in conjunction with company projects in those
areas.
