Phillip A. Perillo

PHILLIP A. PERILLO has served as Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Quotesmith.com, Inc., since May 2002. He has
responsibility for the overall direction of the financial affairs in
support of the business strategy of the company. He brings over 20 years
of insurance industry financial management experience with several
companies, including Marsh & McLennan and Zurich American. Mr. Perillo
holds an accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago
and an MBA from De Paul University. He is also a Certified Public
Accountant.
