Peter Rigby

PETER RIGBY is Chief Executive, of T & F Informa After qualifying as an
Accountant Mr. Rigby joined Metal Box. In 1981 he moved into the media
industry joining Book Club Associates which was the joint venture
between WH Smith and Doubleday. In 1983 he joined Stonehart Publications
which was acquired by IBC in 1986. After two years as Finance Director
he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive and later Chief Executive, and
led the expansion of the Group into North America, Asia and Australia.
He became Chairman of Informa at the inception of the company following
the merger of IBC and LLP and was appointed Chief Executive of T&F
Informa on 10 May 2004.
